I have been managing the Heights Medical Tower for more than twenty-three years and have my share of experiences with various cleaning services. Before hiring TBS six years ago, I even handled the cleaning “in house”. Theo Badea had been cleaning our church / school facility and was doing a find job. I gave them the contract to do our building, 120,000 square foot facility, and they have done an excellent job. With any service there will be problems now and then, but if there are they address them at once. The daily calls from tenants are basically not existent

How long have you been in the cleaning business?

We have provided commercial and industrial cleaning services for businesses since 1995.

Will I need to sign a contract?

No, it is not necessary to sign a contract, but if signing a contract is something your company prefers, we will prepare one for you.

How do I arrange for service, and how much do you charge?

We set up an appointment for a free consultation. During this time our representative will explain the tasks that will be completed. At the completion of the walk-through, you will receive a written estimate of the cleaning services which will be supplied and any questions you may have will be answered. The cleaning cost will depend on how large your facility is and how much cleaning it may require.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?

At this time, the current method of payment is by company check. Invoices are sent out towards the end of each month and payment is due within 30 days.

What is the cancellation / reschedule / termination policy ?

If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, we require a 24-hour notification in order to reschedule your service. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. We require a 30 day written notice so please be sure to submit in writing any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Please do not inform the service providers of any changes to your schedule — this must be done directly with the management.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please give us a call within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area in question at absolutely no cost to you.

What are the holidays TBS Enterprise observes?

TBS Enterprise observes the following holidays:

Are all service providers trained and supervised?

Yes, prior to entering your business, TBS Enterprise instructs our employees in the “art” of cleaning. Employees are then assigned to trainers, who supervise them on their first several cleanings. After a formal review with a trainer and management, the service provider is then assigned to a team. All Supervisors are on call twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week.

Will I always have the same service provider?

Occasionally there may be a change in service providers due to illness, day off, vacation, or other such reasons. Therefore, it is not possible for us to guarantee the same individual or team for each cleaning. In the event of such an occurrence, we will find a replacement. TBS Enterprise provides an extensive training program for each of our employees to ensure consistent cleaning techniques throughout our staff.

What should I do if something is broken by a member of your staff?

TBS Enterprise is a fully license and bonded company. Our staff is always very careful not to disturb or damage anything in your business; however, should this happen; please call our office to let us know. We will be happy to resolve the matter promptly and to your complete satisfaction. We are fully insured for any damage or breakage for which we are responsible.
